Velo Club Londres (VCL/the Club) takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information in connection with your membership.
VCL does not directly hold your data unless it is provided as part of an event. However the Club may contact you using the details provided to https://vcl.myclubhouse.co.uk/ while you remain a member of the Club and for three months after your membership lapses.
Volunteer activities are a condition of membership for VCL. Signing up for volunteering is done through https://vcl.myclubhouse.co.uk/.
However your details may be passed on to the event organisers so they can contact you. Details will only be held as long as necessary for the event to take place.
Communication and Club Information
VCL sometimes communicates with members directly via email. This may include details of club activities such as rides and competitions, club events such as training sessions or social activities and training camps organised by the Club.
Your information will not be passed to third parties and any relationship with third parties will be directly between you and them.
This communication is considered necessary for members to participate in the Club.

Images and Social Media
The club will sometimes use images from races and club events for purposes such as news and publicity on communications, websites and social media accounts. (Although members should note that not all related social media accounts are directly controlled by the club). If you have a concern about use of such images please contact the account owner in the first instance and the Membership Secretary if the issue is not resolved.
All emails sent by the system contain a tracking pixel. This is used to track whether each email has been opened by the recipient, and when. This information can be viewed by those users of the system with permission to view email delivery reports. We do not display any information regarding the location of the recipient. Note that the tracking pixel is only activated if the recipient chooses to download images into their email client.
