We ride in either single file or pairs, and routes are predominantly quiet lanes with some gravelly short cuts to bypass busier stretches of road. Rides are supervised by one or more ride leaders with support from our regular rider\u0027s parents who can offer useful advice to new attenders.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003eRiders must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If this is not possible please check with the ride leader and we will try and sort someone to look after your child.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eA VCL club jersey or VCL winter jacket builds team spirit among our riders. Please consider wearing your club colours on club rides.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eThis will be a short (about 45km) ride at a reasonable pace.
